Returns and Refunds
Unused items can be returned to the store for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Personal care products and personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Seasonal items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
We can only cover return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us and we'll do our best to make things right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only.
