Shipping

All orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. All orders under $75 will will have a $6.99 shipping fee. However, we have free local pickup at our brick and mortar store at 9230 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. As a small company, we are only shipping in the Continental United States at this time.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. USPS is experiencing extended delivery timeframes due to COVID-19. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier, but will occur in 8 business days after the order has processed for most orders. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. Refunds are not being issued for delays in shipping during this time.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

Sustainability in Shipping

Minimizing shipping waste is important to us and we work to reduce waste and reuse materials when possible. We ship orders in sustainable packaging like recycled cardboard boxes, paper envelopes and use as minimal plastic as necessary. We also work with distributors and manufacturers that ship products plastic-free, and re-use their packaging whenever possible. Rest assured if you ever see packing peanuts in our shipping materials that they are biodegradable (vegetable based) and dissolve in water.
